OUR IMPACT

To date, we’ve delivered over £3.6 million of musical resources in 182 schools, serving 145,000 young people across the UK. And we’re growing!

A award from Restore the Music really can transform a school, its music department, and the lives and futures of its pupils:

“The mental wellbeing and behaviour of pupils - pupils who have been close to exclusion have found their place within the music department and have been able to become active and happy citizens within school.” Alice Johnstone, Ark Action Academy, Ealing

“We are continually pushing ourselves. Uptake at GCSE is massively above the national average and we are expecting the same at KS5. .. we already have over 200 students receiving 1:1 instrumental lessons alongside a double lesson of music for all students at KS3. Music is at the core of our school and is inclusive and diverse. It is seen by our community (students, staff, parents) as something that all can be successful in and not for ‘the few’.”
